Having announced the construction of the Darling Downs Power Station just west of Dalby on Queensland’s Darling Downs we are now looking for people who are motivated by challenge and the opportunity to make a difference. The Darling Downs Power Station will be the biggest combined cycle power station in Australia, producing enough power to supply the equivalent of 400,000 Queensland homes. Commissioning of the power station will occur in the fourth quarter of 2009 with the power station ramping up to full commercial operation in the first quarter of 2010.

The power station will directly employ up to 25 people once fully operational and provides a rare chance to work with cutting edge technology.

We are now also seeking expressions of interest for roles that will become available from September 2008.

• Plant Technicians
• Maintenace Techncians ( Mechanical / Electrical or Instrument & Controls)
• Electrical Engineer
• Site Chemist
